What size should I choose?
Order your usual swim size. Please check our size guide if you're between sizes.

How should I care for it?
Rinse in cool fresh water after every swim, hand wash with mild detergent and dry flat in the shade. Avoid wringing and tumble drying.

What's the returns policy?
Okanui women's swim products are subject to our 30 Day Return and Exchange Policy. Swimwear must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and hygiene stickers in place (unless faulty).

Okanui Returns Policy

We want you to love your Okanui gear! If you change your mind, we offer free returns for eligible items within the timeframes below.

Change of Mind Returns

You can return your items for a refund or store credit as long as they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging (including hygiene stickers for swimwear and bodysuits)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return timeframes:

• In-store purchases: 30 days from purchase
• Online (Australia & NZ): 30 days from delivery
• Online (International): 45 days from order date
• Christmas purchases (25 Nov –31 Dec): 60 days from order date
  

Return flexibility:

You can return in-store purchases online, and online purchases in-store — whatever’s easiest for you.

Important Note:

We offer free return shipping, but if you’d like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order. The shipping cost for the new item will be covered by you.

Gift With Purchase Returns

If your order included a free gift with purchase (GWP), the gift must also be returned in its original condition if you are seeking a refund.
If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund total.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Items not in original condition
• Gift cards
• Swimwear and bodysuits without hygiene stickers and tags
• Items marked as outlet or promotional sale (includes any item marked as discounted on-site or in stores, but excluding items discounted via promo code such as 20% off) — these are eligible for store credit only.
• Items purchased in warehouse sales sold as faulty or sample products. These products are not eligible for returns.
• Products purchased through Okanui stockists – please contact them directly

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received something faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Just contact our team at info@okanui.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Sample or seconds items cannot be returned for the fault that was disclosed at the time of purchase.

Rejected Returns

In some cases, a return may be rejected after assessment by our warehouse if it does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy (for example, items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or outside the eligible return timeframe).

If a return is rejected:

• The item will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
• We will contact you to explain why the return could not be accepted.
• You may choose to have the item returned to you.

Return to Sender – Shipping

• If the item is approved to be sent back to you, return shipping may be required to be paid before the item is dispatched.
• Once payment is received, the item will be returned to you and tracking details will be provided.
• If return shipping is not arranged within 30 days of notification, the item will be responsibly recycled in line with our sustainability practices.

Online and Physical Warehouse Sale Policy

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

Outlet (DFO) Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to all Outlet (DFO) locations and outlines the procedures for handling returns and exchanges involving Outlet merchandise.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• No returns or exchanges are to be processed outside this 30-day period.

2. Full-Price Product Returns to Outlet Stores

• Full-Price products purchased from Full-Price Okanui stores or online cannot be returned or exchanged at Outlet locations.
• They must be returned online or at a non-Outlet store.

3. Outlet Sale Stock

• Any item purchased in an Outlet store must not be returned or exchanged at a non-Outlet store.
• All Outlet sale items can only be returned or exchanged at an Outlet (DFO) location or online (if applicable).
