Okanui Warehouse Sale – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Okanui Warehouse Sale (in-store or online), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. General

    • The Warehouse Sale is available for a limited time only and while stocks last.
    • All items are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.
    • Okanui reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

    2. Pricing & Availability

    • All prices are as marked and reflect clearance pricing.
    • No further discounts, promotions, or offers can be applied unless explicitly stated.
    • Due to the nature of a warehouse sale, items may be limited in size, colour, or quantity.

    3. No Returns or Refunds

    • All sales are final.
    • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.
    • Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selections prior to purchase.

    4. Product Condition

    • Warehouse Sale items may include discontinued styles, samples, or end-of-line stock.
    • Some items may have minor imperfections. These do not qualify for return or refund.

    5. Short Shipment & Stock Discrepancies (Online Orders)

    • Due to high order volumes and fast-moving inventory, there may be instances where items become unavailable after purchase.
    • In the event that your order (or part of your order) cannot be fulfilled:
      • You will be notified as soon as possible
      • The unavailable item(s) will be refunded in full to your original payment method
      • Any remaining available items in your order will be shipped as normal

    6. Order Processing & Shipping

    • Online orders may experience delays due to increased demand.
    • Orders will be processed as quickly as possible; however, dispatch times are not guaranteed.
    • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    7. In-Store Purchases

    • All in-store purchases follow the same final sale / no return policy.
    • Staff will not be able to override or make exceptions to this policy.

    8. Fair Use

    • Okanui reserves the right to cancel orders deemed to be fraudulent, bulk-buying for resale, or in breach of these terms.
    • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
