The majority of Okanui Women's Swimwear has been made using REPREVE fibres spun from recycled plastic water bottles. Looking after the earth through sustainability is important to us.

Our model is wearing a size S swim top and is 180cm (5’11”) tall with a 91cm (36") chest and 70cm (27.5") waist & 94cm (37”) hip.

Returns - Okanui Women swim products are subject to Okanui’s 30 Day Return and Exchange Policy. Please ensure that all swimwear returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached and hygiene stickers in place or your exchange/refund will not be accepted (unless faulty).

Okanui Returns Policy

We want you to love your Okanui gear! If you change your mind, we offer free returns for eligible items within the timeframes below.

Change of Mind Returns

You can return your items for a refund or store credit as long as they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging (including hygiene stickers for swimwear and bodysuits)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return timeframes:

• In-store purchases: 30 days from purchase
• Online (Australia & NZ): 30 days from delivery
• Online (International): 45 days from order date
• Christmas purchases (1–31 Dec): 60 days from delivery

Return flexibility:

 You can return in-store purchases online, and online purchases in-store — whatever’s easiest for you.

Important Note:

 We offer free return shipping, but if you’d like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order. The shipping cost for the new item will be covered by you.

Gift With Purchase Returns

If your order included a free gift with purchase (GWP), the gift must also be returned in its original condition if you are seeking a refund.
If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund total.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Items not in original condition
• Gift cards
• Swimwear and bodysuits without hygiene stickers and tags
• Items marked as outlet or promotional sale (includes any item marked as discounted on-site or in stores, but excluding items discounted via promo code such as 20% off) — these are eligible for store credit only.
• Products purchased through Okanui stockists – please contact them directly

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received something faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Just contact our team at info@okanui.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Sample or seconds items cannot be returned for the fault that was disclosed at the time of purchase.
