Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Homosalate 100 mg/g, Octocrylene 80 mg/g, Octyl Salicylate 50 mg/g, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane 40 mg/g.
Other: Aqua, Cera Alba, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Silica, PEG-15 Cocamine, PEG-40 Stearate, Carbomer, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Tocopheryl Acetate, Glycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Parfum and Triethanolamine.
Usage Instructions
Use liberally on dry skin and cover exposed area/s 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and after swimming or towelling. For external use only. Keep out of. your eyes. Do not use on damaged or diseased skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid prolonged exposure. It is important to wear protective clothing such as long sleeves, hats and protective eyewear when exposed to the sun.

Change of Mind Returns
You can return your items for a refund or store credit as long as they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (including hygiene stickers for swimwear and bodysuits)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return timeframes:
- In-store purchases: 30 days from purchase
- Online (Australia & NZ): 30 days from delivery
- Online (International): 45 days from order date

Christmas purchases (25 Nov –31 Dec): 60 days from order date
Return flexibility:
You can return in-store purchases online, and online purchases in-store — whatever’s easiest for you.
Important Note:
We offer free return shipping, but if you’d like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order. The shipping cost for the new item will be covered by you.
Gift With Purchase Returns
If your order included a free gift with purchase (GWP), the gift must also be returned in its original condition if you are seeking a refund.
If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund total.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items not in original condition
- Gift cards
- Swimwear and bodysuits without hygiene stickers and tags
- Items marked as outlet or promotional sale (includes any item marked as discounted on-site or in stores, but excluding items discounted via promo code such as 20% off) — these are eligible for store credit only.
- Items purchased in warehouse sales sold as faulty or sample products. These products are not eligible for returns.
- Products purchased through Okanui stockists – please contact them directly
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received something faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Just contact our team at info@okanui.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Sample or seconds items cannot be returned for the fault that was disclosed at the time of purchase.
Rejected Returns
In some cases, a return may be rejected after assessment by our warehouse if it does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy (for example, items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or outside the eligible return timeframe).
If a return is rejected:
- The item will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- We will contact you to explain why the return could not be accepted.
- You may choose to have the item returned to you.
Return to Sender – Shipping
- If the item is approved to be sent back to you, return shipping may be required to be paid before the item is dispatched.
- Once payment is received, the item will be returned to you and tracking details will be provided.
- If return shipping is not arranged within 30 days of notification, the item will be responsibly recycled in line with our sustainability practices.

Outlet (DFO) Returns & Exchanges Policy
This policy applies to all Outlet (DFO) locations and outlines the procedures for handling returns and exchanges involving Outlet merchandise.
1. Return & Exchange Timeframe
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges are to be processed outside this 30-day period.
2. Full-Price Product Returns to Outlet Stores

3. Outlet Sale Stock
