Okanui “Win Your Father’s Day Wishlist” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Okanui Pty Ltd (ABN 67 142 633 387) of PO Box 766, Freshwater Beach NSW 2096 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 18 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 7 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  • Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Create or log in to their Okanui account at www.okanui.com;
  2. Add their favourite items to their Wishlist; and
  3. Share their Wishlist using the share functionality provided on the Okanui website.

5. Prize Details

  • There are five (5) prizes to be won.
  • Each prize consists of one (1) x $500 Okanui eGift Card (total prize pool value: $2,500 AUD).
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed online at www.okanui.com only.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be drawn at random at the Promoter’s offices at Unit 43/9 Powells Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 on 8 September 2025.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address linked to their Okanui account within 3 business days of the draw.
  • Winners’ names will be published on www.okanui.com within 7 days of the draw.
  • Gift cards will be sent directly to the winners’ nominated email address after confirmation.

7. General Conditions

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

8. Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and as outlined in the Okanui Privacy Policy (available at www.okanui.com).
  • Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities as requested by the Promoter, including the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, without compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
