Promoter: Okanui Pty Ltd (ABN 67 142 633 387), an Australian-owned family business.

1. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs from 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025, unless sold out or extended/withdrawn at the discretion of Okanui.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of Okanui, their immediate families, and related agencies are ineligible.
  • Purchases must be made via okanui.com or participating Okanui retail stores during the Promotion Period.

3. Offer Structure

Customers will receive a free gift with purchase (GWP) based on their order value (excluding shipping, gift cards, and discounts):

  • Spend $150+ → Free Okanui Beach Pillow
  • Spend $200+ → Free Okanui Logo Towel
  • Spend $300+ → Free Okanui Beach Bag

4. Offer Conditions

  • Gift tiers are not cumulative (e.g., spend $300+ and receive the highest qualifying gift only, not all lower-tier gifts).
  • Qualifying spend is calculated after discounts are applied and before shipping costs.
  • Gifts are available while stocks last. Okanui reserves the right to substitute a gift of less, equal or greater value if stock is unavailable.
  • Limit of one (1) gift per transaction. Multiple transactions are permitted.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, credit, or store value.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • If a customer returns items and their new order value falls below the qualifying spend threshold, the gift must be returned in original condition.
  • If the gift is not returned, Okanui reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift (whether higher or lower than the refund amount) from the refund.

6. General

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other free gift promotion. Standard discounts, offers, and loyalty rewards may apply unless otherwise stated.
  • Okanui reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
  • Okanui is not responsible for any technical issues, late or lost transactions, or failure of third-party services.

  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Okanui (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this promotion or the use of a gift.
