Terms and Conditions

  1. Overview
    • These Terms and Conditions govern the "Win a DiroDi Rover Standard & Plus Gen 6" competition ("the Competition") run by Okanui ("the Promoter"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Competition Period
    • The Competition commences on February 1, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on March 15, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  3. Eligibility
    • Employees of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter

    Social Media Entries:

    • Like the Competition post on either Instagram (@okanuiclassics) or TikTok.
    • Follow the Promoterā€™s account on the platform where the entry is made.
    • Tag a mate in the comments. Each unique tag counts as one (1) entry. Participants can tag multiple friends for multiple entries.

    Purchase Entries:

    • Make a purchase from Okanui (online or in-store) during the Competition period to earn five (5) bonus entries per transaction.
    • Purchases must be completed between February 1, 2025, and March 15, 2025.
  5. Prize

    The winner will receive:

    • A DiroDi Rover Standard & Plus Gen 6 Electric Bike.
      • Black, Standard Step-Over Design
      • 250W
    • The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
  6. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition period.
    • The draw will take place on March 20, 2025.
    • The winner will be announced via the Promoterā€™s Instagram and TikTok accounts (@okanuiclassics).
  7. Claiming the Prize
    • The winner must contact the Promoter within five (5) business days of the announcement to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be drawn.
    • If the winner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must come to collect the bike.
    • The prize must be picked up from Brookvale, 2100. If the prize cannot be picked up, the owner must pay for shipping.
  8. General Conditions
    • Entrants may enter multiple times via the social media requirements and bonus entries from purchases.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for the safety, servicing, or maintenance of the prize once ownership has been transferred to the winner.
    • All warranty issues are to be addressed directly with DiroDi, as per their warranty terms and conditions.
  9. Liability
    • The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury sustained as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  10. Privacy
    • Any personal information collected during the Competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoterā€™s privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of the Competition.
  11. Modifications and Termination
    • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances.
